“I am so pleased with my recent interaction with myherbclinic and their team. 💫 I had purchased a large bag of the trippy nymph lotus bomb 💮 and upon contacting them about an inconsistency in the mix, the lovely customer service representative, Kerrie, was super patient listening to my concern and helpful with suggestions, after speaking with the director, Kerrie then informed me that they were going to, so very generously, send me a free product to compensate the discrepancy I was unhappy with and send it at no extra cost to me. 🤲 This was very kind of them and made my day!
