Upon burning the chips, instead of a pleasant fragrance, I was met with a scent reminiscent of mulch from the garden. The quality was abysmal, leaving me questioning the authenticity of the add and product unpleasant odor that lingered long after extinguishing them. I would not recommend this product to anyone seeking genuine oudh chips for aromatherapy or religious purposes.”

“ESSENTIAL OILS ARE FAKE. UNSAFE FOR NATURAL AROMATHERAPY, please beware. Spent hundreds on essential oils from this company, only to realise the oils were adulterated. For example, the ambrette seed contains very obvious synthetic chemical caramel notes, which is clear when compared against the real thing. Thought it was safe to buy because of the price and description, please don't make the same mistake I did.”
