“I recently purchased oudh chips from my Herb Clinic, hoping for a delightful aroma to fill my home. However, I was sorely disappointed. Upon burning the chips, instead of a pleasant fragrance, I was met with a scent reminiscent of mulch from the garden. The quality was abysmal, leaving me questioning the authenticity of the add and product unpleasant odor that lingered long after extinguishing them. I would not recommend this product to anyone seeking genuine oudh chips for aromatherapy or religious purposes.”
“The Australian Agarwood Oudh Spent Charge Pre Grind Chips had no scent of oudh. It just smelled like raw mulch, not even close to what it promised in the Ad. Followed the instructions, but it was like burning plain garden mulch, no hint of that rich oudh smell we used to buy in KSA. Waste of money, disappointed with this product.”
“ESSENTIAL OILS ARE FAKE. UNSAFE FOR NATURAL AROMATHERAPY, please beware. Spent hundreds on essential oils from this company, only to realise the oils were adulterated. For example, the ambrette seed contains very obvious synthetic chemical caramel notes, which is clear when compared against the real thing. Thought it was safe to buy because of the price and description, please don't make the same mistake I did.”
“Sold me turkey tail mushroom powder mixed with cocoa obviously to extend the product further. When contacted was told to post it back for a return at my expense.”
“Sometimes things aren't as they appear. Much like this 5-star review. Critical thinkers who discover that herbs are medicine usually do so by thorough research, quite apart from popular and common genres of generally accepted thought. They're not normal, nor do they wish to be. They are exceptional. They're different. And that's a good thing. They don't just want to hear what's popular; they want all the facts, good, bad or otherwise, and then they make their own well-informed life choices. That's how they end up in places like this, reading 1-star reviews about a company that provides top-quality products that I'm more than happy to recommend. I've only used about 12 different herbs, teas and powders (sweet potato), but I expect everything else they sell matches the quality of the products I've received. If you're putting together your own medicinal triage kit, you'll find most of what you need on this website. And I reckon you'll love their products as much as I do.”

“I tried to call and ask if I can pick up nearby to dispatch location as we are on holiday and didn’t have access to a letterbox and we need it very soon to try being on labor for my wife. I was told no.
I then found a friend to have it delivered to. Placed the order payed extra for express but it never arrived.”

“I purchased "Bliss blend" and it has the potential to be a good product. But my order had a couple of tiny bugs living inside it, so very disappointing.”
