“the service was excellent but when I got the ring, in my view, it did not quite look like it looks on the website picture. If it was supposed to be embossed on the surface, but in the physical ring does not look like that.”

“Everything went extremely smoothly, even when I emailed you to change the engraving. The ring arrived promptly and the package was beautifully presented. The only criticism was using UPS delivery.When I checked where my package was their system said it had been collected on 4/4/19 but I wouldn't receive it until 4/8/19 ! Of course I panicked thinking it would never arrive but it did within 3 days .”

“The celtic knot ring in sterling silver is the perfect understated piece for my bohemian heart! The ring is beautiful and I will enjoy wearing it. The sizing was off, but the exchange process was expeditious and seamless. I am very pleased and so impressed with the way everything was handled. Thanks so much!”

“My wife loves her ring and it fits perfectly. On the down side the hinge was broken on the presentation box. However I think it will be on her finger more than in the box.”

“I bought this ring for my son, and it is simply stunning. Living in Australia I could only view it via the internet and when it arrived it was as perfect as the pictures I viewed. In relation to service, Gemma was simply the best, we had to go backward and forward to get sizing right and we got it spot on. Gemma's responses were always timely and she was extremely polite.
