“Love the med kit but really disappointed that the straps to mount it to the back of the headrest forks like advertised arent long enough to fit a standard headrest, I don't really have any other place to mount this kit now so I will have to find another one”

“I coach a High School Trap Shooting club and we needed to have functional kits available for the team. We are sometimes in need of minor first aid(usually parents and siblings falling in the parking lot) while shooting our competitions. It's nice the kit also has everything needed if a more serious injury occurs like a broken limb needing stabilized until help arrives. The minor meds packets are also a great convenience.”

“Ordered a MyFAK on Black Friday, so delivery took a few weeks while they cleared a backlog of orders, but I love it. Everything was organized well, and despite reviewing the list of contents on the website to select the right kit for me, I was still surprised by how much the basic MyFAK contained.”

“As a police officer I have multiple first aid kid from different companies and My Medic is by far the best. I not only trust them to protect me on my duty gear. I trusted them during the October 1st shooting Las Vegas.”

“Purchased blaze orange kits for ease of finding them in the car and on my bike. Contents appear to be of good quality. Layout requires practice to locate needed items while under stress of situation. Pull-tabs to facilitate easy opening of packages when your hands are wet or slick with blood would help. Hope never to use the kits, but like a parachute, if you don't have one when you need one, you won't need one again.”

“I ordered a premium medic pack product on 1st November and complained a month later when it hadn’t been delivered. Three weeks after that the product was shown as delivered back to the company but with no explaination from them. It is now 3rd January, still no explanation or refund. Not impressed.”

“Great kit, tons of supplies. Never know when your gone need it. Good to have, carry in my truck. Would be 5 stars but they ran out of supplies during cyber Monday sale and kit took almost a month to arrive.”

“I placed my order on November 28th. On December 14th i still had not recieved my order so i emailed them. I never got a human response but I eventually did get an automated your order has shipped email. No apology. No discount. Nothing. Pretty terrible customer service if you ask me.”
