“I've been waiting for word about the whereabouts of the kit that I ordered for two weeks, and have been looking under my stairs each day to see if it has been delivered. Only today, after twelve days of waiting, has the product EVEN SHIPPED. It will likely be 3 weeks between when I ordered my kit and when it gets delivered. Unacceptable.”

“So I ordered on April 8th, got my receipt and everything, here we are over a week later and no confirmation for shipping and when I call the phone on the website it does not work - I've reached out via website submission, no response, I'm extremely unhappy”

“beware off what you buy from this company, when you get your order and it not what you that you ordered per their site, their response is oh thats extra. i got shafted by them will send my purchase back for a refund. hopefully they wont shaft me again. look elsewhere if you want what you order!”

“every time you click from bag to basic to premium you think thats what your getting for the price that appears with the tab right. WRONG! no matter what tab you choose of which i choose the premium and paid the premium price, they while send you the basic and tell you that was the basic price. dont get jacked like i did!”
