“We've tried several meal delivery companies and are happiest with Metabolic Meals. The meals taste fresh and flavorful and are gluten free. They seem to have good quality control as far as shipping and packing and if something is wrong with an order, their customer service promptly finds a solution. I'd love to see more veggie options (broccoli, asparagus, carrots) and a few vegetarian or high quality fish options even if they have less protein.”

“Overall, I do enjoy these meals. I wish sodium was a bit lower in some recipes. I am happy they change meal selection each week but then it comes to point where you eventually come back around and some of those weeks I like more than others and other times it's the opposite. I wish there were more vegetables in some of these dishes that are not broccoli. As I cannot eat broccoli. I also would like more white meat chicken recipes because I do not eat chicken thighs, so this limits my choices. In my case, I go towards beef and some chicken dishes as I don't eat pork. But I am sure those are great for others that may enjoy that. I have lost 15 lbs since eating these meals so they are helpful for me.”

The meals are delicious, made with only healthy ingredients, and are a lifesaver for my busy schedule. I love that they arrive fully cooked and ready to eat in just 2 minutes using the microwave. Plus, they stay fresh in the fridge for several days or can be frozen for even longer, giving me plenty of flexibility.
The only downside is the delivery service, Courier Express. They never ring the doorbell, so I often find the box sitting outside for hours before I realize it’s there. That said, this doesn’t take away from the excellent food and convenience Metabolic Meals provides. If they could work with a more reliable courier, it would be a perfect experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for healthy, hassle-free meals!”

“I have strict food restrictions (Celiac disease & a shellfish allergy). My Metabolic Meals has been life changing. It's great to have convenient, delicious meals ready to heat up and enjoy. The meals are flavorful & there's a great variety of choices each week. I have my favorites (the chicken breasts are always cooked to perfection & the sour cream potatoes are incredible). I really could not be happier. The weight off my shoulders knowing each week I will have safe meals, that never get boring or overly repetitive has improved my life. I don't crave eating out like I used to, I can get a warm, delicious meal ready in minutes. While not every meal was my favorite, I've learned what I love. Could not be happier.”
“Love the convenience and spot on delivery every week. Very good selections to choose from and delicious meals. Love that with our busy life we can make dinner in about 7 minutes and eat at home. Excellent portions and a good calorie/fat/salt ratio and can choose low carb. Keeps us eating at home for budget and optium health benefits and also saves time from meal planning, preparation and time shopping. We have lost weight, met our budget while having delicious dinners and can focus on relaxing and catching up on our day. It's a win, win all around. Honestly there have been a few entrees that were meh, but 99% have been really good and helps vary our diet as our own meal making was getting dull and monotonous. It has cost us so much more money to buy all the ingredients to make each meal. As just a couple, it can be hard to make for just two people and we end up making more and eating more. Also we can chose different entrees for each person so it makes it individually satisfying also.”
