They seem to have good quality control as far as shipping and packing and if something is wrong with an order, their customer service promptly finds a solution. I'd love to see more veggie options (broccoli, asparagus, carrots) and a few vegetarian or high quality fish options even if they have less protein.”

The only downside is the delivery service, Courier Express. They never ring the doorbell, so I often find the box sitting outside for hours before I realize it’s there. That said, this doesn’t take away from the excellent food and convenience Metabolic Meals provides. If they could work with a more reliable courier, it would be a perfect experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for healthy, hassle-free meals!”

The meals are flavorful & there's a great variety of choices each week. I have my favorites (the chicken breasts are always cooked to perfection & the sour cream potatoes are incredible). I really could not be happier. The weight off my shoulders knowing each week I will have safe meals, that never get boring or overly repetitive has improved my life. I don't crave eating out like I used to, I can get a warm, delicious meal ready in minutes. While not every meal was my favorite, I've learned what I love. Could not be happier.”
