“A huge difference between the quote through confused. com and the greedy guy from my motor quote. My details were correct, but the second I gave an acceptable error, the greedy guy wanted to charge me an extra £500. He was very rude and I felt he was extremely happy he got me wrong without letting me afterwards to clarify just for the speed to add that huge pointless extra charge. Abysmal service.”

This is to ensure our customers receive the best policy at the best price. The premium can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different and our agents are trained to fully explain any differences to the customer before they purchase.
