“Not answer back my emails, I ask for my certificate and didn't receive, if I call, I have to pay for calling. First take my money and then forget about me. Very sad, cancelling my cover without take the car on streets and receive my certificate”
“At first I had an issue with them over the fact they changed my quote from what I had been provided with online but after contacting the complaints department they were quick to rectify the situation and charge me the same amount as I had been quoted online. Great customer service and I am much more likely to stay with them for years to come if they continue to look after me in a fair way. Thanks guys”

We do appreciate that the quote validation process we follow can sometimes be lengthy but we want to ensure that we offer all our customers the best product with the best insurer at the best price. Premiums can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different during validation and our Agents are trained to fully explain any differences to customers before they purchase. I am sorry that you are dissatisfied with the premium you've paid and I have asked our Customer Service Manager to investigate your case and respond to you separately. “As of yet I have had no problems with this company as they have allowed me to chose the dates I'd wish to make my payment and the quote I received was very reasonable. But as I have not been with them for very long, it is a bit early to give a perfect rating. So far so good though.”
