It’s Samantha here from My Motor Quote. Thank you for your feedback it is important to us. We ask our customers to telephone us to allow us to validate their information to ensure we offer all our customers the best product with the best insurer and price. The premium can sometimes change between the quote and purchase stage, but this usually only happens when risk or personal details are found to be different during the validation process and our agents are trained to fully explain any differences to the customer before they purchase.
“Waiting on the telephone for over an hour and on completion I am still awaiting the insurance paperwork and trust this is being dealt with on your part.= the full insurance money was paid in full and I have nothing other than your call and a reference number to date.

“I was really pushed for time and needed insurance fast as I was going to pick up a new car which I had a day to find one as my other had serious problems so I got a quote around the £56 a month mark , rung them up to get the policy started after been on the phone for 1- 1/2 hours and been put on hold every 10 minutes my time was running out as it was about 4:30 and I had to pick the car up by 5. After a long wait on hold the person I spoke to came back and said '' I have some really good news for you, someone will Insure you''. (There is know reason why I wouldn't be able t get insurance I have never claimed and have a clean license and have been driving 8 years) and then told me the first payment would be £225 not the £126 I was originally told. And then a further £98 a month not the £56 I was quoted. I was out of time and had no option but to take the policy fortunately I could afford it but what a joke. not overly impressed.”
“worst ones to go for. Especially if you get a quote from moneysupermarket. The quote had excess for 450 and the monthly payments and deposit. when i spoke to these guys it is A and A group. they have changed the excess to 1150 and i was still in a view that it was 450. unfortunately i have gone through an incident and thats when i cam to know about the excess.
Claim process / customer service are actually a proper nightmares for anyone who buys a policy from these guys.
for few pounds dont even think of looking at the quote. Those few pounds ends up consuming thousands,”

“Its too early to comment on the insurance but it was quite an arduous task setting the policy up online which involved me listening to music for large parts of an hour and a quarter in between dialogue. I'm not blaming the young man who I spoke to for that.
I would also say that the amount of information he recited to me at a rapid rate of knots went straight over my head as I could barely follow what he was saying, let alone understand it.
The process of uploading the necessary documents online seemed very efficient but, having done that, I received another similar opload email asking me to do the same again as my submissions were unacceptable (I only did what he asked).
I sent a copy of my licence from the gov. website they gave me a link to (as requested) and, apparently that is not acceptable either.
I have since sent other documents and separate emails and the only response I get is another email for their portal telling me I need to upload the documents I have already uploaded.
I have also had no response to my other emails, apart from an automated confirmation that they have been received.
I've tried ringing but, when eventually I ping my way through to the appropriate person, I am, once more, directed to the music channel with statements every few seconds that they won't keep keep me waiting much longer and how important I and call are to them.
I am particularly disappointed as I chose this company off a comparison site, not because they were the cheapest but because they were so highly rated for their service.
As of this moment, 9 days after taking out the policy, I still await confirmation that all is in order. Having virtually eliminated stress from my life, I can do without this.”

“Gives cheap quote on price comparison website like "go confused" then says that's a cheap quote, not available. And ask silly questions like what car you used to drive in the past?
Apart from that I don't know anything else about this company, but give true price on price comparison and stick to that price and not change it and why is it relevant what time of car someone used to price in the past when you are trying to insure your current car?”

“Was a good service although I would appreciate it if when I was been put on hold I was made aware of this as I was on hold ten minutes at making my payment after taking my bank details and thought I'd been robbed but in the end I wasn't and was all good in the end. Keep up the good work.”
