“I did not know that after quote I have to pay extra £ 50 fee aswell. And once they recive money after I recived an email upload your documents other wise your policy would be cancel after 28 days. But next day they keep send me threatning emails that this is your final notice upload your documents in one week otherwise your policy would be cancelled.”
Hello Raja, it's Jonathan here from My Motor Quote. Your feedback is really useful. All fees and charges should have been correctly stated at the point of quote. There is a credit arrangement fee that's only payable by customers who pay by instalments. That won't be included in the annual premium but will be in any monthly instalment amount quoted. I will get one of our quality control agents to double check all of the calculations and we'll get back to you shortly. If there's been any error then we will refund any over-payment immediately. “Unbelievably incompetent. I have phoned them 5 times and they told me that they had sent me my confirmation e-mail. I went through the spelling of my e-mail address several times word for word. I was told on more than one occasion that everything had been sorted, but this was not the case. I am currently trying to gain access to their web portal to send my documents, no surprise this doesn't work at all and no one is responding to my e-mails. Avoid at all costs”
