“Amritpal Singh was the technician assigned to my issue. He worked quickly and effectively in fixing issues due to a faulty initial set up on my computer. He explained the issue to me and did a great job at repairing the problem. The effected programs are back in action and I am very satisfied with the results.”

“Raju Verma.. Mr. Verma is a true professional in every sense of the word. Mr. Verna explained everything he was doing and kept me at ease. His conversation was pleasant and interesting. “KIran was knowledgeable, friendly, patient and had a lovely voice and a good sense of humor. She solved all my computer issues and answered any question I had. I wish I could speak with her every time I called. She's a keeper.”

“Both men, Manish Ahuja and Amritpal Singh, were very patient and helpful. I believe I should have been told at the start it was not Microsoft and the fees. Mr. Singh solved the mail problem, but in doing so he erased 4300 email I had kept. I did appreciate their service.”
