“Isha Soni was my technician who was very friendly and professional. She took time to explain everything she was about to do prior to caring out each and every task. She even called me back when we got disconnected. I felt comfortable with her, and my computer is responding better now. She never made me feel as though I was a taking up all of her time with my issues and questions. I want to say a special thank you to Isha, and I wish she would always be the technician on whenever I call.”

“I had the most wonderful experience with support technician Isha Soni. She assisted me with retrieving my Facebook account and she made many important adjustments on my computer. She was so patient and would not stop until corrections were made. I was so happy with her expertise. I would like to say the she represented My Phone support in an excellent way. In all we spent about 2 hours of worthwhile work.”

“This was the second day that I needed your support, and both experiences were excellent and solved my problem. Unfortunately, I don't have the name of who helped me yesterday, but today it was Aditi Parvan and she was outstanding! She was patient, solved my problem, and added needed software. She was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. I would have her on my team without question! You are a really great service organization!”
