“Dheeraj answered all my questions and resolved all but two of the problems. These were unresolvable because they were the fault of my ISP and the person who owned my computer before. There was nothing Dheeraj could do to help with these two problems. I am very grateful for his assistance.”

“Gaijuaklung Mark Pamei did a really great job. He made sure I knew how to do the things which I asked about Word. Also did a very complete job of cleaning up the computer. Excellent English and easy to follow. Good---very good job. Thanks.”

“Manmeet did a great job. Several other staff have tried to fix the problem but he spent more time digging into the issue until I believe it's finally fixed for good. He was very patient and easy to work with. Did an excellent job.”
