“The representative was amazing and very patient. Her professionalism was second to none and she reassured me, provided great advice and took the initiative. “Abhay Katoch updated my Adobe Flash Player. He stayed right with me. Sometimes the technicians help me, help others, finally come back to me, and it takes forever to get the problem resolved. All technicians should help one person until the issue is resolved like Abhay did today. Good job, Abhay! Thank you. Thank you.”

“I dealt with tech Vivek Kumar today and he was very helpful with cleaning the computer. He suggested I purchase backup for Icloud but I have decided to wait a while. He was very polite and responsive and answered all my questions. I was very happy with his work.”
