“Anish Sharma, your tech agent, was EXTREMELY patient since it took 4 hours to put everything right, including a long wait for the XFinity agent. He is very knowledgeable and suggested some shortcuts which I appreciate. Give him a big raise and a hug from me.”

“Shikha Dubey was a great help. She not only fixed the problem but also helped me by explaining how to do something on the computer that I didn't know how to do.
