“Raju Sharma was excellent. he solved all my issues with intelligence and above all patience and kindness. I'm in my 70s and i had trouble understanding the commands and he really went out of his way to help me. You are lucky to have him as an employee.”

“Sunita was a great help in solving my computer problems! The times that we sat waiting for the computer to do its work, we were able to carry on conversations about movies, weather, SkyLab, the Eclipse. It was so nice to have a service rep that was interested in the customer and his/her daily life. Thank you so much for hiring Sunita...and give her a raise and advance her position to CS trainer!”

“The support was immediate, patient, and thorough. Robin provided a tech challenged person with explanation and suggestions as he worked on my computer. All is well and the experience was great. My computer is up and running again...smoothly.”

“Rajat Chhikara worked on my computer very diligently and explained things to me. I am computer illiterate since I am 83 years old and he was so kind and friendly to make my life easier. He should be promoted and get a raise in pay. Great employee. Thank you, Doris Main”
