“Sandeep was the tech who worked with me today. He was the most knowledgable tech person as regards to microsoft windows of the techs I worked with for the last nine days. He solved problems in five minutes that orther techs took one or two hours to solve. The other techs seemed to bounce around looking in different places. Sandeep was able to find the solution right away. Big Thanks to Sandeep Singh”

“Reviews are suspicious. All they want to do is sell me software that I don't need and then try to sell me their own technical support. Ankush was no help whatsoever. I will be be calling MSFT HQ tomorrow and escalating my concern over this service as I am one that believes in customer service. All I received was upsell during the entire 90 min call. I doubt this review will be posted.”

“Sandeep Singh made me happy about having paid the money for your services. I am a retired college professor, only teaching part time and on a limited income. To spend the $200 was hard. HOWEVER, Sandeep proved, to me today, that I spent the $ wisely. He was persistent, steadfast, and had the ability to analyze and problem and keep going until the solution was arrived at. I was having fun watching his work and participating in the 2 hr. 8 minute process. Congratulations to him, me and all of you for your support!!!! Peace, Kathi Carey-Fletcher”
