“Raju Sharma was very understanding, professional and courteous. He answered all my questions in a timely manner. For the first time in 10 years a representative was concerned enough about my welfare and that of the computer's to suggest ways of providing good support to ensure that unnecessary information is not bogging down the function. Great news. Thank you Raju, I appreciate all your help.”
