“Sunita is a VERY EXCELLANT technician and customer service, trouble shooting, analyzing, Angel! I hope she is promoted after spending close to 4 hours on making my computer behave! Her patience and kindness were worth every minute of waiting for my issues to be resolved. She is a Blessing!”

“Raju Verma ..... He got me at a difficult time--I couldn't recall some instructions I'd received yesterday in a 3-hour session (yes, 3 hours!), and I was very impatient. But he kept calm and resolved my problem in a way that I think I'll be able to remember on my own. Thank you Raju Verma!”
