“Really pleased with the quality of my canvas and loved the wood print, I am ordering the mini bloc prints for a Christmas present, I trust the company for quality but not timings, my only concern is the length of time it takes to receive the product, so order well in advance if it’s a gift”

“Website says 8 days delivery. 18 days (14 business days) later and still waiting. Because of the length of time and order says not even in transit I asked for a refund, but said I couldn't have one as company is based in Germany and comply with German laws. So not sure why it has a .co.uk website and shouts about being a UK company. I will definitely not be using this company again.”

“Very very slow delivery. Have not received yet and it's been 7 working days. This company is based in Germany and are therefore subject to German laws regarding exports. If you are ordering from the UK, know that they use UPS and you will likely not get your order within the time they state on the website. If you are looking to receive before a certain time order from a local company (if based in the UK) Customer Service was prompt but could offer no more help than the order status. My-Picture saying that UPS have it and UPS saying My-Picture have it”

“I have received three fantastic quality canvas pictures from my-picture and even though the delivery time is slightly (and I mean only slightly) longer than if I ordered from a company in the UK it is worth the wait for the price especially when using the discounts they provide when you sign up. Amazing!!!!”
