“Ordered numerous orders what have come have been nice placed order April for 9 tiles took money from my account and now say no order ever received won’t be using this company again ripped off for 45 pounds such a shame as was placing a lot more orders will go else where now”

“Order uka39901928653 Scam of company my two face masks never turn up no tracking. Number they told me contact then in 2 days so did tonight Liz Rodgers was no help she blame parcel company they didn’t even send it no tracking nothing and other people had same issues I now reported this company fraud action”

“Ordered and paid for photo jigsaw on 08 April, was told it was ready and just waiting for courier. Told I would be emailed when 'scanned' by courier. Never happened. Expected delivery 18 April. Still nothing by 25 April. Customer number doesn't work on their tracking system on their website. Reply from Customer Services said to wait another 5 days, parcel is untracked, discount offered but seeing as I haven't received my order why would a discount be something I would want? The website is pretty but not helpful in the slightest, if I get the item I ordered I won't be using this company again. If I don't receive the item it looks like I will get nothing, German consumer laws are apparently useless with regards lost deliveries. Good luck if you choose to use this company.”

“they wouldn't give us a refund after waiting a month for three canvas yet we order another small canvas at the same time which got delivered. we were informed that the delivery company ups had attempted delivery but we not informed of this three times. we then changed the address twice and this happened again. I tried to contact the company didn't get a response for days when we did it was automatic. don't use this company we use to order from them and will not be doing going forward. horrible experience”

“Item never appeared, have emailed twice and keep getting the same response about it being in a safe place when I have told them previously I do not have a safe place and my item has not been delivered. It been longer than a month now and nothing. Communication is poor and service is awful”

“I ordered a canvas, it arrived on a piece of plastic, and half the picture is missing, the picture I uploaded fitted perfect in the template. Why is this a .co.uk website and the goods come from Germany?? Very disappointed with what I paid for, it’s for a 50th birthday present and now I’m going to have to try and find a professional company to do it for me. Wouldn’t recommend this company, absolute disgraceful what I was sent”
