“this is a terrible service, it started good, however, first items sent with damage ink runs, they i order two lots 6 weeks ago and they lie stating they got delivered and sent back and now am told they no idea with the lots are ? the service is terrible i would to recommend this company to noone”

“I'm so disappointed to recieve my 20/20 canvas photo as a present. Very un professional a waste of money, rubbish service, 5he way this picture was put together was an absolute nightmare. We was so distraught to see a family picture ruined because this company does not take people's memories and wishes and make them a priority when they are been paid to do a service. Please dont use this service as we were very disappointed.”

“I've done a review before, but as I've had some problems I'm doing another. This week I've had some problems with my order. so, why then am I still awarding 5 stars? Because My Picture are doing everything they can to put things right, no questions asked, I've sent pictures to verify my complaint and it's being dealt with, the replacement is already making it's way to me. I've used My Picture for years and really want to continue to do so. Try them, you'll be pleased you did.... :)”
