“I ordered a canvas and on arrival did not look like what I had ordered. Contacted customer service and they arranged a free reprint. Excellent customer service and I am very happy with the results Thanks”

“Ordered and paid for photo jigsaw on 08 April, was told it was ready and just waiting for courier. Told I would be emailed when 'scanned' by courier. Never happened. Expected delivery 18 April. Still nothing by 25 April. Customer number doesn't work on their tracking system on their website. Reply from Customer Services said to wait another 5 days, parcel is untracked, discount offered but seeing as I haven't received my order why would a discount be something I would want? The website is pretty but not helpful in the slightest, if I get the item I ordered I won't be using this company again. If I don't receive the item it looks like I will get nothing, German consumer laws are apparently useless with regards lost deliveries. Good luck if you choose to use this company.”

“AVOID AVOID!!!! The delivery was slow and when it finally arrived they sent a completely random picture - ruined the gift for my mum!!!!!!”

“Very happy with the service, product (photo book) and price. Just make sure you select the one you want as you can't change your options once you have started the project, I had to start from scratch! Not too complicated to create and I received it in just over a week (including Easter weekend).”

“Site easy to use, product produced quickly, only issue was it took days between when the product was ready and it was shipped. That seemed only to happen when I complained to customer service. Shipping itself was quick. Other issue was I added a picture hanger expecting to get the wire type thing for use with a hook. Instead got two dragonteeth attachments and two screws, which for an extra three pound was a bit much, plus, useless. I wouldn't buy the hanger, but then that means you have to find your own.”
