“Ordered a picture on 6 October for a bday gift, it was “ready for dispatch” on 7th and has still not arrived (22nd October). Given this is a UK delivery this is unacceptable - 18 days waiting for a simple picture. The bday has been and gone. I’ve written to customer services and was told “we have no influence to control postal deliveries” - not exactly the response I was looking for”

“I was expecting a good quality picture , but when it arrived ( earlier than expected ) I was totally blown away this picture absolutely fantastic , way better than I could have imangined. Just have to wait for covid to be sorted now , to show it to family and friends”

“Absolutely over the moon with my purchase. Top quality. Fast and efficient delivery. I will be ordering more for xmas presents. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. I would also recommend getting your canvas set in a frame,it really sets it off. I actually cried when I recieved it..thank you so much.”
