“We ordered some prints for a relative's birthday and the prints were due to arrive a few days before they arrived from abroad, so that they had them in good time. The prints arrived and they were nothing like we ordered. We contacted the customer service team and spoke to a fairly unhelpful lady. When I explained the situation she told me, "These things happen". I had by this stage been on the phone for at least 5 minutes not really getting anywhere and asked to make a formal complaint, to which I was told, "Your are". Poor customer service. Poor shipping. Poor telephone mannerism.”
