“At first I was disappointed not to be receiving my calendars on the appointed date. However, My-Picture kept me informed of the delay in getting my order to me, this was very helpful although the delay was beyond their control. 3 days later than scheduled my items arrived. I am very happy with the result and standard of my calendars. I shall definitely be placing my order for next year with My-Picture.co.uk”

“I ordered a jigsaw of a very old historical family photo. The quality is fine and I am happy with it. HOWEVER I am very disappointed to note that it didn't come in a conventional box with the picture printed on it like jigsaws do. The product description is misleading. If I knew it was going to come in a jiffy envelope I wouldn't hv ordered it. I woujdnt have minded to pay a extra couple of pounds for the product to be presented as a proper boxed jigsaw.”

“Price vs Quality can’t be beaten I’m happy to report there’s just a few details this company needs to address particularly with their calendars. One point to be aware if you have a B&W image to print you must click B&W or they try to colour adjust”

“Terrible service!! Terrible service!!! Still not received my order, I’ve actually reported this company to Trading Standards - a close family member works for them. It’s dreadful service and TS said they’ll be able to do something for sure due to there being so many negative comment!!!! I’m relieved as this company don’t deserve to be operating. You have my money and just don’t send the items!!! This is ridiculous- I am going to post so many negative reviews on here and all over social media and internet- no one will ever use you again!!!!!!!!”

“We ordered two canvases as Christmas presents and were really impressed with the quality of both. Ordering was simple. I was a little nervous about delivery time as we had left these quite last minute but they came in plenty of time. I would definitely use this company again”

“Scandal of a company! Avoid at all costs! Doesn't send your items out and when they do, they are exceptionally poor quality! Still waiting on a cushion personalised that was due to me at the start of December. I did however receive 2 personalised mugs but which have been distorted to the point you can't see 3 quarters of the Image. Its also very funny how this company will not allow images to be shared on their Facebook or reviews to be left! Take a quick look at their Google reviews and comments left by thousands of unhappy customers! I have complained and they have blamed myself. They have not even acknowledged the fact I'm still missing items!”
