Terrible. Will never order again from My Picture. Received an email that my order is awaiting dispatch 6 days ago (4working days). After this no information about my order. The custom service constantly says: “we will send you an email”. An email about what? That on your website you mentioned that it will be 1-2 days, but it’s not true? It was I present for a birthday. But unfortunately I will not be able to give that to person, as My Picture has terrible service. If someone want to use this company, kindly suggest you to read last reviews and find another company.

Very untidy on the corners, must be a other to reduce the fold so it doesn't stand out as much.

On Tuesday the 28th I contacted the Mypicture as my order was still showing as in production and was told that both the mug and canvas had been made and was provided a tracking number for this, this arrived on Thursday 30th and was just the mug. I then contacted customer service again and was told someone would chase this up and get back to me, I was informed that evening that there had been a manufacturing fault with my order and they was having to be remade (this is now 8 days since I ordered) and they apparently print and have them ready for dispatch within 24 hours, so even if there was an error which I understand can happen it should have only took 48 hours. I then spoke to customer service on Friday 31st and was informed that it was being shipped however the tracking still shows it hasn’t been received by yodel as in fact still with my picture they have just generated the shipping label ready. The only apology I have received off someone is them offering 40% off my next order which i politely declined as I wouldn’t recommend anyone order from this company and i definitely will not be doing again, they also offered as a gesture of good will to refund my delivery charge, however I received free shipping on this order so that would of been a refund of nothing! The canvas were ordered for a birthday present it was therefore essential I had them in time for that, but never received them and was lied to that they were en route and they are refusing to cancel my order. Avoid this company at all costs

I wouldn’t use this company very poor quality and service. I had 4 pictures printed on wood absolutely awful quality. Refuse to refund only offered replacement. Lesson learnt l will never use this company again WILL NOT REFUND

ever shop from here. I placed an order for 2 large canvas a pillow and 2 small canvas. When arrived a large canvas was missing and the pillow was terrible quality it was dark and grainy and pixelated. I contacted and the response time from there was shocking the large canvas was a gift so they offered to remake but wouldn’t make it quicker than a week but I needed it sooner as was a gift. They refused to refund me said I had to let them resend it but I said if it’s going to take a week I will no longer need as it’s to long and would passed my friends birthday We went back and forth for days and days then refusing to refund me for their mistake! Thank fully I had paid with PayPal and opened a claim with them. Soon as I did I actually started getting fast responses and they agreed to refund for the missing canvas but would reprint the pillow I advised I didn’t want that as the service been horrendous and just wanted refunding they again started taking ages to reply asking for photos of it being chucked away which I sent. Back and forth and eventually they have refunded me today as PayPal made them! Will never shop from Here again and whole service was a joke!

I want to report the services of company named my-picture.co.uk because it is disloyal to its customers. The company deceives its customers with the deadline for making the order, delivery and customer service, what's more, it even makes fun of people's pain. I placed an order on 29/12/23 after seeing on their website that the production time is 1 to 3 days.We have lost a mother and her funeral is scheduled for 12/01/2024.According to the times listed on their website, we shouldn't have any problems, but to avoid any inaccuracies, I called to let them know in advance everything about our order.I was assured that it would be marked as a priority and they would notify the production department.On 06.01.24 I received an email confirming that my order has been produced and shipped. From 08/01/24 to 11/01/24, I have been constantly checking where the package is, including the delivery company- Yodel. I talked to both companies every day. The company named my-picture.co.uk assured me that I would receive the shipment by our deadline. On 10th I called twice again to this point and after checking, I get a new email saying that right now my order is ready and expected to be shipped. Why they deceive and are so dishonest with a client who suffers from the loss of a loved one?This order will arrive after the funeral will have passed. The moment I found out that I was cheated, I immediately looked for another company to carry out the order in a short time So far this company really let me down completely.I have to re-order the same canvases from a real company which make them only for 1 day!!! The bereaved family we give them the worst feedback they definitely deserve. I am still waiting for their decision regarding the refund due to breach of their contract.

I am extremely disappointed. I ordered a memorial photo and used My Picture due to the positive reviews and quick production and delivery times and the picture hasn’t arrived. I’ve had to spend more money getting a picture from another source. The customer service of the company and the delivery company has been appalling. All AI generated answers and no one to talk to. Very unhappy !!

So far, my order has not arrived (have been waiting 4 weeks). I have received one reply to my concerns but radio silence since. Tracking seems to show my delivery all over Europe. Lets hope quality is better than delivery. Would not use this company again.

I don't really fancy negative reviews, but on this occasion nothing else left for me. I have ordered picture on 20th Dec, bearing in mind Xmas time, while offered 3-5 working days delivery. Gladly received an email shortly after the order that the item is ready and sent. And now its 7th working day and find out with choosen by them courier that they didn't even sent it yet. Spoken to them but they constantly lie, saying they sent. Changing delivery time , from 3-5 to during chat, and to 7 via email. Ridiculous, if they would tell me that having delay I would order something else earlier, but they keep their lies. I have to order picture from someone else today, pay a lot more for express service. Additionally 'my-picture' failed, but rejecting refund. Incompetent company, and you can't trust them.

Customer service unhelpful. Ordered 3 separate gifts (wouldn't let me order on same invoice so had to pay 3 lots of £6 postage 😥) 2 items received which I'm very happy with. The third one seems to lost between the company and the delivery company. Phoned to find out why two items ordered on the same day, one has been received and the other hasn't. Just keep saying will be here next week. Asked for a refund of the extortionate double postage paid which was ignored. Need to sort this for my review grading to change

Total liers - ordered Christmas presents before thier christmas cut off. They sent a tracking code a week ago showing it was with the courier, when I chased the courier, the courier stated it hadn't been passed to them. My-picture insisted it was. Today 21st Dec (a week later) - My-picture have stated they will not be making their promissed xmas delivery date, due to a backlog. Liers total liers

The absolute idiocy to send me a review request asking about my order that not only was NOT received all requests and rime wasting emails sent begging for a refund IGNORED ... took my money sent me nothing and now a request for a review entitled are you satisfied with your order ... unbelievable. give me my money back !

Absolutely terrible service, ignored messages multiple times, no tracking, took 3 weeks for delivery, when website states 3-8 days, totally missing the event that I'd ordered hundreds of photos for and no offer of refund. Will NEVER order from them again.
