“The outcome was amazing and I'd recommend My-Picture if you're happy to wait. The production and delivery took over two weeks which was at least twice as long as I expected.”

“Reasonable delivery times, quality isn’t great but you get what you pay for and am satisfied with most my canvases. There is one or two I couldn’t use. I’ve now ordered about 20, the last batch wasn’t great. I went for white edges and a significant amount of white wraps over on to the front and the image is very clearly printed/attached wonky on the canvas. Under folds of canvases are visible and a bit untidy. If you want an amazing quality canvas this isn’t your company but if you want a wall full that looks good from a distance they are great”

“The canvas are fine but the length of time taken to make them and deliver them was way over the time stated on your website. I therefore would be reluctant to order from you if I wanted something to arrive quickly/within the stated timescales. Disappointing level of customer service”

“Nice quality canvas however not the place to order from if you want them in a hurry, very slow delivery, sent by UPS who do NOT update their tracking & don't deliver on time. Also not pleased with hidden extra costs, All canvas should come ready to hang as standard but not from here you have to pay extra for hanging kit ??!! Should be included! Wasn't very well packaged either, just a thin plastic clear wrap then one thin layer of cardboard which was damaged exposing the canvas corners, a few areas of damage to outer packaging but by sheer luck items were ok inside, considering the distance they travelled they should have been much better protected than they were. Overall the products are lovely, just packaging & service needs improvement, on reflection i would order again.”

“The photo arrived without the hanging pieces. The actual phot was so poorly positioned and enlarged that the top and tail of the bird was cut off. Fortunately you sent me another photo although not a canvas but acrylic. However i am happy with the outcome. This is my first complaint in years and i expect in the Christmas rush you were not watching your quality control. Hope you do better next time. Jim Anderson”

“Quality is fine when they don't have print error flaws, of which I have had many over the years needing a reprint. Be careful before you click buy. Make sure everything is spot on. Once you have hit buy, even 2 minutes after they refuse to change it. I only use them because they are cheap. Oh and beware of prices. Many times I have been caught out with offer prices in email then click the link, and in order price is inflated!”

“The product was ok however delivery from point of order took 14 days. Since placing the order I have been bombarded with marketing emails which I never agreed to so I now have to block the company and will place future orders elsewhere.”
