“Tres mauvaise expérience, délai de livraison pas respecté, pas de réponse à mes demandes de contact, impossibilité d'avoir contact téléphonique, une seule réponse à ma demande ( j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails) j'attends toujours le remboursement de cette commande . il y a un grand dysfonctionnement dans le service”

“We ordered a table. Delivery date was stated withing 8 days. After several mails and calls with 2-3 weeks delay we have received a broken table. For almost 2 months we called and sent mails asking to pick up a broken table and receive the money back. Every time we got an answer "we will do it soon". It was super annoying. We had a huge pack with a broken table in our apartment for 2 months. After all we got an answer "please throw it away". Means we have to pay for transportation to the station and pay for disposal. It's most horrible experience we ve ever had buying anything online.”

“Pessima! Ho restituito un articolo difettoso, sono stato contattato dall'assistenza clienti, quindi significa che lo hanno ricevuto. Ho risposto ale domande del loro tecnico. E dopo aver provato a contattare ancora il servizio clienti. Non ho mai ricevuto risposta e non mai ricevuto ne il rimborso ne un voucher. L'articolo è anche costoso! Non ho parole! Agirò tramite gli enti competenti!”
