“Très bien. Juste un problème par rapport à la possibilité d’obtenir un remboursement de 30.- supplémentaires sur la brosse à dents. N’ayant plus les données qui figuraient sur la page de la commande, je ne sais pas comment m’y prendre. Dans le paquet reçu il n’y a pas d’indications à ce sujet. Comment faire? Pouvez-vous m’aider, svp?”
