“My family member has been a patient at this facility for over seven years. There was once a time when I would be able to leave the facility at ease knowing my family member would be taken care of. What was once a five star facility is now a two star facility. Due to the new management who has reduced the amount of staffing and supplies for the residents, I no longer feel at ease if I don’t visit my family member member for more than a day or two.”
