“I posted a plumbing job on MyBuilder on Monday morning. Within an hour i got responses. I chose DJ PROPERTY TRADES in Hamilton. They said they could do the work on Wednesday morning. Sure enough, Shaun Arrived on time. I was immediately impressed by his politeness and personality. he inspected the job and explained everything that needed to be done. There were some awkward situations for him to deal with given the layout of the bathroom, but he overcame these with professionalism and fully explaining everything that he was doing. The job was completed successfully. Throughout he was professional. polite and very personable. I would have no hesitation in very highly recommending JD PROPERTY TRADES if this workman's performance was typical of all the workforce. Thank you JD !”

“We are very happy with the work Paul Branthwate - Plumber completed for us recently. He purchased, dismantled and fitted a new shower cubicle and replaced tired bathroom fittings. I would not hesitate in recommending Paul to family and friends as he did an excellent job at a reasonable price. Thank you Paul.”

“beware the cowboys have infiltrated this set up, use at your own peril this web set up is a con ,you have been warned by someone who has been stung by this set up, of so called quality tradesmen are only on this site with glowing reviews, tread with upmost caution, will promise to do this and that and they still leave shabby workmanship take your hard earned money and disappear, don't say you where not warned.”

“I contacted MyBuilder and received a reply from a local Plasterer called Tom O'Neill so quickly it was amazing. Within a week the wall I needed plastering looks fabulous. I kid you not people! “We needed a plasterer urgently to skim the walls of a bedroom prior to decorating. Within a matter of hours we had 4 replies, 2 giving a quote and 2 asking to come and view the job first. Both arrived on time and Lee of Fineline Plastering gave us the same quote as the other person but could start within 2 days which was ideal for us. He arrived at 9.00am on the Friday with his 'mate' and they worked non stop all day. The finished job was first class and I would not hesitate in recommending them for any plastering work”

“I registered with my builder after being hounded by a rep. I completed all fields and after three days of an average of 2-3 Leeds I got shortlisted now at this point you pay for getting shortlisted and too access the Number of the client £18+vat. So I called my First Ever client on Mybuilder who told me the job had already been completed! Confused I said but I only received your interest on my App today she stated the job was completed 2 months ago confused I contact Mybuilder who state its a lees? I said how can it be a lees when the job was completed Two months Previously?? There response was it’s a leed at least you got shortlisted! Shocking is an understatement SCAMMERS BEWARE ANYONE!!!!! You have been warned.”

“Avoid mybuilder.com like a plague I was unfortunate as I advertised in my builder.com to renovate my flat in London completely. I chose 2-3 times my builder.com to find a tradesman. Every time they were absolutely awful. Everything they did was faulty and awful. For example, I write about one of the builders I chose via them to renovate my flat. Their job was awful. there was leaking from plumbing windows etc. The flat downstairs ceiling came down nearly killed people. This was only a part of the problems there was all sort of problem with tiling painting etc.They were so dangerous and irresponsible. I wrote a review on my builder. The company and my builder came back to me promising me to sort out the problems. They superficially sorted out the downstairs flat promising there would not be any leak without coming to my flat. After few weeks leak started again in downstairs I contacted my builder.com to reinstate my review they declined to do that. They told me that when you leave review It can not be amended. I told him if it can not be amended why did you remove my review they did not have any answer. They are a partner with the traders and they are obviously on their side. They support and advertise for the novice. Lots of traders on their website have poor skills. They advertise on my builder as they are not able to get a job through recommendation. Please do not use my builder.com.”
