“We just installed our Biocube safe. I can't even begin to describe how awesome this safe is! We have one that came with the house, but it's one of those old school clunky ones that take forever to open. I needed something more modern that was quicker to get into. This safe is not only functional, but it’s beautiful! This is a fantastic product, and I am so happy with it that I just purchased another one for my home office! I’m addicted. I’m even considering installing one in my guest rooms and also at my business!”

“Rating this product out of 5 stars? NOT POSSIBLE. Yes, this safe has it all, easy to operate, sleek design, overall durability, a nice weight to it, a super secure, luxurious feel, and last but not least.. very pleasing aesthetics. A super successful friend of mine bought me the Biocube since I live in NYC, spend a lot of time out of the house, and have roommates and guests over quite a bit. Now, keep in mind, my friend ONLY owns the best of the best. They seem to have refined everything in their life to achieve maximum efficiency. So of course, when they gifted me this safe.. I knew it had to be good! Safe to say (no pun intended) locking up your most important valuables is just one of the elements essential to easing the mind. Something that also eases my mind about this product is the fact that the team behind it gives the best customer support I have ever received in my entire life. For example, during an impatient self set-up process, I failed to register my entry code and somehow locked my self out of the safe!!! This sent me into full panic mode because I had all of my valuables including MY PASSPORT in it! I'm leaving the country in a few days, so of course, I completely panicked and scavenged to find the hotline and customer care e-mail. I kid you not when the I tell you the founder of the company, the inventor, and product designer literally called me within 10 minutes of my email to assist me on A FRIDAY NIGHT!!! Bless. They really weren’t kidding with that slogan “We’re always here for you” … I couldn’t have more trust in this team, the honesty in this statement is outstanding. What happened next was the most therapeutic and tension relieving thing I have experienced in my whole life, contesting any massage or acupuncture treatment I have ever received. The product designer himself, walked me through jail breaking the safe and reprogramming it with my desired code and finger prints. I can now safely lock all of my valuables in the safe known to man!! This is something I could have never done without the brilliant and dedicated team behind this product.. consider me a customer for life!!”

“This is a very nice safe. I ordered white so that it would look less safe-like and it was backordered for a while, but when it came it was a really nice product. Except for leaving out a detail on where to find the reset button for the code and having to email about it, it was also very easy to setup.”

“I order my safe and is the best investment I have made. The first order unfortunately the door was not working property I email customer service and the send me a new one overnight. They offer amazing customer service”
