“Have a first generation about 3-4 yrs old. Came installed in the condo we bgt 2 years. Had no instructions- battery ran out after us being gone for 5 months and not noticing. Called the 800# spoke w an owner. Sent me emailed instructions how to fix it. Best product, Best Customer. I would rate this as 100% perfection.”

“Following the hassle of needing to replace a lot of important personal documents, I resolved to buy a safe. I spent days researching various brands, educating myself on a variety of types and found that the vast majority were not only relatively cheap, but laughably penetrable with household tools. So I went looking for something with a bit more heft without sacrificing size, and happily found MyCube. Still, I had a series of questions and Lois and Scott answered them thoroughly and with patience assuaging my fears about what I had seen regarding other seemingly highly regarded brands. Even before I agreed to purchase a safe I was sold on their approach to personalized customer service and how much they stand behind their products and want to ensure customers are happy with their decision. When the safe arrived, it was well-packaged and getting it set up was simple. I had everything configured within minutes and even as I had a few follow up questions Lois and Scott happily took my call and ensured I had everything I needed. Not only is their customer service top notch. But the safe is secure and elegant while providing a roomy interior for all my valuables with a relatively small footprint. Is the safe expensive? Sure, but this is truly one of those situations when you get what you pay for. Here, you’re getting a top quality safe for your home from a company that offers unparalleled customer care, and in these unprecedented times, that’s a rare commodity. Thank you MyCube.”

“MyCube is a 5 star company, you place an order and within 24 hours you have an order acknowledgement with a ship date. The safes are delivered inside of 2 weeks and are packaged UPS and FedEx proof. Scott and his team are always available for any customer questions or concerns, they're awesome.”

“I have had a mycubesafe for approximately 8 years. The safe has been reliable and very frequently used. I have replaced the batteries about 2 or 3 times over the course of that time. Recently, I had a failure of the motorized locking mechanism. I contacted mycubesafe for service. After describing the issue, they replaced the locking mechanism for FREE!!! This level of support, particularly for an older device, is remarkable. I would highly recommend the safe and the company.”

“My Cube is amazing! I've installed two in my homes so far and plan on using them again in the future should the need arise. The design is visually pleasing and the functionality is easy to understand. I was able to book a delivery and install date online with no problems. Installation was quick and painless- done within 15 minutes and completely secure. Highly recommend!”
