“Love your customer service, Reece and Jade are wonderful. They didn’t get tied of me when I keep changing my mind, as I don’t know what car I really want. But Reece is excellent in guiding me around. Very quick to do all the checking they need to do and assisted all through the way, even though my car is not ready but he keeps updating me what’s happening next. Thanks Reece 🤩🤩”

Hi Francesca, Unfortunately you cant turn up to the dealership to collect your car before your finance agreement has been confirmed by the lender. We did advise you of this multiple times and you still chose to go to the dealership twice.
