“I am loving my Fresh Start food bag. I have been receiving it for a few weeks now and haven't had a bad meal from it. It contains food items that I would not necessarily have bought (mostly the different grains and some of the spices) but this has only helped to widen my knowledge and taste of these items. My husband is also enjoying the meals and has been preparing some of the meals as he finds the recipes easy to follow and is always pleased with the result. I would highly recommend this food bag to anyone who wants to control their calorie intake - the produce is first class and the recipes thorough and easy to read. So a big thanks to Nadia and all her crew who have made my life so much easier, especially during the lockdown. Thank you guys, it's really appreciated.”

“I really love the flavour and the variety of the plant-based meal plan. Every week I am surprised by new recipes I have never tried, and the portion sizes are generous to keep me full. I truly enjoy that My Food Bag source the produce locally and packaging feels light in comparison to other subscription services I've tried. Highly recommend!”

“We love my food bag!! We’re all super busy and it takes all the guess work out of wondering what to have for dinner! It’s so convenient having everything laid out and knowing you’re going to have something super delicious and super healthy every night. We’ve also learnt so much about cooking and had some meals we never would have thought Of by ourselves, our minds are so open now! There is no chance I’ll ever revert to not doing my food bag!”

“My husband and I love My Food Bag. We buy the plant based bag and it is amazing! The dishes are so delicious! We have eaten meals that we never would have thought of having and so far, we have had a new lot of recipes every week so it never gets dull. “Full of Flavour. We've had some awesome meals. Quick and easy to prepare. Like the creative and new ways we are learning to use staple ingredients such as cauliflower roasted with Moroccan spices, instead of cauliflower with cheese or just stir fried or pearl barley which I have only ever used in soups or stews as a salad that was so yummy. The recipes really push the boundaries for us.”

“I just want to say, we have absolutely been loving the Fresh Start box. It's not only SO DELICIOUS but the portion sizes are nice and big. We can't believe these meals are low calorie as they seem too delicious and filling to be. We love it. Thanks so much xx”

“Great recipes, fresh ingredients and generous portions. The value of a family pack could be cheaper or at least we could have an option of 3 or 5 nights. Lots of meat, would love less meat/week and exploring other protein options at least once a week. Other than that, keep up the good work!”
