“I love the recipes and the food quality is really good. I like that I can adjust our subscription to get deliveries when I want and to change the type of bag we get to suit our tastes. We definitely eat more vegetables and more varied foods with My Food Bag.”

“Overall a really great experience. We get to try foods that we normally wouldn't eat or cook. Some meals are much better than others but all part of learning what you like. Recipes are fairly easy to follow, I would personally prefer a better layout. There is usually vegies left over as well which help with other non-FoodBag meals. It wouldn't be cheaper than my normal shopping but the variety and ease make up for it.”

“Really enjoy the concept. Enjoy most of the recipes. Some are a bit basic. A bit disappointed with the freshness of some of the vegetables. Recently the carrots have been very soft and limp (not even peelable). This week the Cos lettuce was slimy, smelley and well past use by date, before we got to use it. It ended up in the compost bin.”

“The whole family love Fresh Start 5. Such a great variety of meals, the dressings and sauces are simple yet so tasty. Every meal looks like its from a restaurant and everyone in the family has a cook night. The serving sizes are generous and we often have enough left over for lunches - great value. The recipe cards are easy to follow and I've been able to re-create a few of the meals. Thanks team - we love My Food Bag”

“I love that I have a nutritionalist do the thinking for me and have definitely been eating a lot more vegetables on Fresh Start. Ways to improve; the packaging worries me and my husband is not very happy about that, it would be great if not every meal inluded meat, because I am eating a lot more meat on your programme than I normally would, and lastly it would be good if the numbers were more flexible as I want food for three and that isn't an available option.”

“Hi Nadia and the My Food Bag Foodies. We started with gourmet and have just changed to healthy - both of which we enjoyed. Our only comments would be that we would prefer chicken thighs instead of breasts as we find they are tastier and sometimes the spices are a little hot for us, so a heads up as to how how they are would be great so we could use less. I guess that is just personal preference - but overall we are finding the meals in My Food Bag excellent.”

“Thank you My Food Bag! We changed from the Classic for two people to the Fresh Start as I needed a boost to my weight loss efforts leading up to Christmas. Hubby and I are really enjoying the great variety of meals as well as knowing that they are very healthy and have low carbs. Always full up after each meal too. Cheers Andrea”
