“I was anxious to try Journee, my “free” gift with purchase. Unfortunately, the pump either doesn’t work or there is no product in bottle. This happened several months ago when I purchased the rejuvenating eye cream. Pump didn’t work and had to take a hammer and wrench to get it open, then use a Qtip to use. I left 2 messages for that but got no reply. Where is your quality control? I think I’m done with your products.”
“You need to ship the orders with the Post Office.
Mine arrived a week later than the ship date. I had to write several notes to it found. It arrived in a beat up box with all sorts of marking on it. I worry that it sat in a hot truck for a week.
When I tried to use the tracking system it just said package not received for shipping yet or similar to that.
The products are NOT cheap and do say they shouldn't be stored in high temperature. The post office, at least in our area, is so unreliable!!!”

“I received my shipment, however the eye cream pump is not working and will not disperse cream. I contacted customer service two days ago and have not received a reply. This happened once before as well. Love the product but something is wrong with the pumps for the eye cream or there is no cream in them, one or the other. Hassle to return defective product and have run out of product with nothing to replace with. Thank you”

“This is the 3rd of 4th time I've ordered your product, and this is the 2nd time I've had to return it because the pump was not operative. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating. Somehow, the product needs to be tested before packaged and shipped. I returned the product the other day and am now waiting for a new item.
I will say that the customer service has been outstanding. After my initial email, I received a response and a return label almost immediately. No complaints there.”
My apologies Vivian but Neocutis has changed their packaging as well as the description on most of their items but without changing the formula.I am sorry for the confusion
