“Lee who delivers all my Hermes parcels in Hyde, Manchester (SK14) is bloody fantastic. So thanks to him never had an issue with delivery.”

“I was flapping abit after reading these reviews as I was sending expensive gifts for Christmas but I guess you only hear the negatives. So here is a positive one if your feeling anxious .All my 3 parcels made there way to each location which was delivered on time with accurate tracking via the app and in good order. Very happy with service”

“Hermes are brilliant. I sent a parcel to my daughter and son in law and it arrived in less than 24 hours. The price was half the cost of the post office, I will always use Hermes in the future.”

“I have had many parcels delivered to my address in Heslington in York over the past few years. The driver is always very friendly and the parcels always arrive when they should and fully in tact. Wish all delivery drivers were as good.”

“Natalie Cooper is my Hermes delvery lady and she is absolutely brilliant. She's polite, friendly and always takes a couple of minutes to have a chat. All her deliveries are made on time and if you are not in, she will leave your parcel in a safe place and ensures a card is put through your door. She is an asset to Hermes.”

“I have Hermes delivery’s quite a lot and always pleased with the service. I’m in the M33 4QR area and it’s wholly down to our courier Natalie Cooper who is always friendly and pleasant that I’ve given the stars. Hermes should be proud that they have employed such a good employee. It shows they pick good staff for the job.”
