“I was very happy with Hermes, I was happy to give my confirmation of this, however I am becoming irritated by a) nonsensical questions in the survey that MUST be answered, despite being irrelevant and b) the desperate neediness of asking why and how I was satisfied with the service. I have already answered a 20+ question survey, given 5* for satisfaction and then I am required to enter into a narrative. Enough already!”

“I've been using MyHermes for a few years now. I was surprised to see on the site that I have sent 155 packages with them. I have never had a problem. Not once (except when they charged me a fiver or something for going just a little bit over weight which was pretty annoying). But they are great, and you don't have to pay extra for tracking the way you do with Royal mail. You can see it all there online of you want to.”

“I have always had my things on time with no problems so I can only assume that all these moaners work for rival company. How come Hermes are the second largest delivery company in the UK if they were no good ? I think the moaners need to have a word with themselves and learn to spell properly”

“I've had about 10 deliveries from Hermes over the past 12 months and they have all been spot on. The best was yesterday's delivery as it was a day early!! Thank you Hermes, I get to wear my new shoes out today:)”
