“ I'm not even 100% how a company like Hermes is allowed to operate? is this a money laundering scheme? is it that easy to just open a delivery company, have no actual agents but the most useless CHATBOT in existance and never actually deliver anything and still somehow allowed to operate? what a poor show of a firm. ”

This is bad customer service as dont make it easy to talk to someone and make a complaint. It human rights we can make a complaint. They should learn from complaint as that part of good customer service and principles. It seems this service does not care about it customer ”
