“Absolutely pants!!! According to the online tracking Hermes have had my order since 2/6/2020 - it is now the end of 8/6/2020 and it still hasn't been despatched. I could have walked faster!!!! Shocking service NEVER AGAIN!!”

“They supposedly lost my parcel worth £400 couldn't speak to anyone and blamed me when I got through using virtual chat I got offered £18 I told them to shove it were the sun don't shine and I've never used them since”

“Absolute thieves! Bought a vintage designer watch. Was collected by courier. Arrived at my local depot 11th May. Hasn't been seen since! They even admitted that they know the category of contents 'jewellery & watches' After an extensive search it hasn't been located. Won't admit it's been stolen. If it hasn't been stolen where is it?!?!?”

“My order from QVC was with myHermes on the 24May we got as far as out with couriers. Then delayed for 24 Hours .we are on the 7 June .and still no parcel.?????”

“After delay my first parcel was returned by Hermes, to wilkinsons damaged. My parcel from Home Bargains, Hermes lost in transit . Home Bargains kindly gave me a refund. My latest parcel ordered from Wilkinsons, delayed from 3rd June 2020, no further updates, still waiting. This is the last time I order from a retailer that uses Hermes.”

“Joke of a company, 2 parcels lost in 2 weeks, both with trainers, customer service is pathetic and there system allows couriers to take what they want and Hermes have no idea who has what, prevalent throughout the country”

“Twice in 10 days has Hermes said they have delivered a parcel when they haven’t (I’ve been isolating). Apparently left on doorstep. The driver in our area is a thief. Check with the company that they don’t use Hermes for delivery before buying something.”

“A company that continues to demonstrate their incapacity to provide any level of service. Automated helpline, website robot, underpaid drivers, damaged, late or missing parcels. There should be government courier license with a fitness to trade test. I wish Hermes would drop out of the courier market and let more capable and caring companies have the business”
