“The food was just what I needed for my dog, however the carrier left a lot to be desired. Took over 7 working days before delivery not the 3 to 5 advertised, even tho there was a next day delivery label in the box. I was home all the time so no excuse,”

“I placed a order for wet cat food on a Monday and I also paid for next day delivery. I messaged on Wednesday evening to see if my order was on the way and i was told it would get to me by Friday. I asked the online chat person (Sal) to cancel the order. He told me to email info@myhungrypet.co.uk to cancel my order to get a refund. Instead my order was still delivered.”

“Was the cheapest online at that time I ordered. Normally use PayPal but wasn’t available at the time to use for a regular delivery but hopefully up and running next time? The item is shipped so orders need to be placed early and not left to last minute! Would recommend to others if price stays the same?”

“I've had my 2 overweight old dogs on tails for a year but it was getting too expensive so I thought I'd try Gusto, and they love it , they are very fussy but took to Gusto light straight away. I'm so pleased as I am saving a lot of money and my dogs are so happy on Gusto. I will be buying this from now. Thank you 😊”

“Great with removable lining. Looks good on my dog and love the colour. Particularly like the colour...it makes him look like Count Dracular 😂although he's too handsome really.”
