“I never received my diploma in the mail, it was probably lost by USPS. they could've assisted me by sending a new copy of the certificate as a good gesture. To note, my ORIGINAL diploma and transcript of records are included in the packet. Now, I need to do more work to request my diploma again from my home country.”

“I will give a 4 out of 5. The user experience interacting with the site till delivery was superb. The periodic updates via email allays all fears and shows IEE is responsive. I had thought the High School Transcript will be evaluated alongside the SSCE certificate. That was not very clear to me from the beginning. Otherwise it would have been a 5!”

“Worst costumer service. U have to call them just to contact me and update me regarding my institution. Left a message to a wrong school and insists that is my school I attended. Multiple people don’t communicate about my school.”
