“Hello David, To be honest your team responds quite promptly when contacted! However, pertaining to the evaluation, I am simply unhappy. To the best of my knowledge, EVALUATION is ASSESSMENT, 'the making of a judgement about the amount, number or value of something'. Oxford Dictionary. Based on the above definition, therefore, one would expect that my transcripts plus the certificates should be well evaluated in the light of the purpose for the evaluation. The evaluation should reflect a useful information a potential employer would base on to make an informed decision. On the contrary, the evaluation team only quoted the course of study of my Bachelor's and Master's degrees! I had been very pleased with interractions between your team and I, and would have liked to recommend IEE until the evaluation came in. If you could take a look once again at my request, Sir, I woukd be very glad. Thank you.”
