“I had an issue getting into the order page from the link I received from my university which had the payment covered. But the customer service team was helpful (Not the one in the website but the Whatsapp support team) in getting it sorted out. Whatsapp support was really helpful in getting updates as well. Great job, keep improving.”

“I'm Seyed Soroush Hosseini Naghavi. My name wasn't mentioned correctly in the review email sent by the company. It might be a software error. I have attached a screenshot to better indicate the issue. Overall, Amazing staff and members! I haven't had much interaction in this manner but every aspect of what I've seen was satisfactory. The order was made with no hassle, the online assistant was pretty helpful and kind, and the delivery was exactly on time as predicted. Thank you and have a wonderful day!”

Despite me having the school credentials, an active Ontario license, and ten years of experience teaching high school in Canada, your report has determined I can only teach middle school - which I have never taught. Your report has undone my career.”

“My experience with IEE could be described as follows: a. Customer Service: The staff at the IEE customer service unit exhibited good customer relations, particularly Maria, Joseph, Sheryll and those I contacted via phone. b. Verification Team: The IEE verification team needs to adopt a flexible approach in handling subsequent issues related to my own over "acclaimed unverified official email from my institution", despite providing evidence beyond reasonable doubt. c. Poor feedback: The IEE did not notify me of the receipt of my documents from my institution until I requested confirmation from the customer unit. Also, IEE did not notify me on time following the completion of the verification and evaluation of my documents until I asked customer service to help me confirm the status of my application. The verification team did not notify me that they will evaluate the document sent via my institution email after insisting and notifying me to use verified email or another medium to foward my document. d. Incured Additional Cost: Following controversy over the "acclaimed unverified official email from my institution" the verification later evaluate my document despite their initial position not to verify my result unless a verified email was used. This made me pay additional fee for shipping my transcript via courier. e. Evaluation service: The Evaluation criteria used by IEE were consistent with the global best practice.”
