“Terrible experience. You missed the evaluation of one diploma that I have uploaded to your system and the inly answer I am getting is that I should contact the evaluation team and they will answer in 2 days. All this is going on after the application deadline and when I paid for the fastest evaluation. Horrible experience overall.”

“At the beginning of the review, the customer service from the email wasn’t helpful on helping me understand how to use CSSD website and ignored my request for help which led to weeks of wasted time for the evaluation. So my evaluation almost past due date and it brought me much inconvenience. On the day my evaluation came out, the customer service who picked up my call was helpful and even followed up for my request.”

“I received my credential evaluation document, and I'm grateful for your help. Your agent answered all my questions once I seek for their help and the evaluation was so quick than expected after submitting all required files. However, i suggest adding an additional service to verify documents for institutions for students whose schools lack a verifiable email or website. Perhaps you could offer alternative verification methods, like contacting the school directly by phone. I appreciate your hard work and look forward to your continued support. A.Dubois(BDI)”

My process included an evaluation not only of the degree, but also of a residency program, however, your team did not consider the evaluation of the residency.
