“The evaluation was completed very quickly and I was able to complete all of my paperwork. I had some questions and used the chat support service but everyone, I was pleased with the person that I talked to. Thank you for all of your help and if I have a transcript to evaluate again, I will surly use IEE again.”

“Great service. However, I have this complaint: you don't follow up on parcel you are paid to mail to other places. Since your company finished the evaluation of my academic result, it still , has not been delivered to the appropriate quarters. I sent a message, and up till now, no response from from your company , and it doesn't reflect well on your brand. USPS took my evaluated report to an address I did not provided, and I wrote to you, but haven't done anything about it, to reach out to USPS, to redirect my parcel to New State Graduate School to enable them make a timely decision on my graduate school application, and this is poor service. Great service doesn't stop at evaluation of academic credentials.”
